We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time — for reasons including pricing errors, availability issues, or suspected fraud. If your order is canceled and you've already been charged, you'll receive a full refund.

Payment is processed by third-party processors (Stripe, PayPal/Braintree, Apple Pay) subject to their own terms and our Privacy Policy.

Availability & Accuracy

We do our best to keep product listings accurate and up to date, but errors happen. We reserve the right to correct pricing, descriptions, or availability at any time without prior notice.

Many of our designs are original hand-drawn illustrations created exclusively by Lace & Whimsy Studio LLC. We take the protection of our original artwork seriously and will pursue action against infringement.
