Each month you’ll receive a mystery sticker pack containing at least 4 diecut stickers. Shipping is included.

Mystery Mail Sticker Subscriptions typically ship 1-2 weeks after you sign up. (The exact date your stickers are sent each month varies somewhat… this is a one-woman show!) Keep an eye on your inbox for an email notification each month. 💕

Your envelope is sent first-class mail in a stamped envelope at no additional cost. 💌

This means tracking is not available, but you will receive a notification email to let you know your stickers are on the way!

Delivery times will vary based on your location. Stickers are shipped from Hockessin, Delaware, USA.

We use proprietary whimsical algorithms (okay, it’s a spreadsheet) to make sure you’re receiving a wide variety of designs over the course of your subscription. I’m a Virgo, you’re in good hands.

Your card will be charged the day you sign up and your subscription will automatically renew that same day each month.

You may change your payment method at any time by logging into your account and clicking on “Subscriptions.” Please note that changing your default payment method in your customer profile under “Payment” will only apply to future orders; make sure you select “Subscriptions” and change the payment method associated with your monthly subscription.

If your card on file is declined, you’ll automatically receive an email notification that will include a link to update your billing information. The charge is attempted again after five days automatically, and then for a final time five days after that. If the payment fails for a third time, your subscription is cancelled automatically. Should this happen, you will need to resubscribe. Please contact us if you need assistance.

If your shipping address changes, be sure to let us know via email. Please note that updating your default shipping address in your customer account does not affect existing subscriptions.

You can cancel your subscription by logging into your customer account. Make sure you cancel before your next billing date; subscription fees are non-refundable.

To skip a month, email me at least one week before your billing date.
