Bridesmaid Gifts: Custom Clutches

Choosing gifts for my bridesmaids was a one of my favorite parts of planning our weddingTo be honest, I find the most of the options on sites such as TheKnot to be a little tacky and impersonal. (Tip: Getting something monogrammed doesn't make it personal.) I opted to order custom clutches for my bridesmaids from CutieGirlie on Etsy.  She was a dream to work with and her prices were easily among the most reasonable I was able to find on Etsy. I selected some playful, unique fabrics that would complement the color palette of the bridal party, choosing a different pattern for each bridesmaid.

I also ordered little mirrors for the girls, each with a different fairy illustration. The mirrors came in little canvas bags which I stamped with each girl's name.  {Custom ordered through PressedLime on Etsy} Another favorite Etsy seller of mine is Lippincott Soap Company. I adore their lip balms so I ordered a bunch and tucked one in each clutch along with the mirror. I know at least a couple of my bridesmaids still use their clutches, which makes me smile.

Special thank you to my dear cousin Laurel for taking closeup photos of her clutch for this post! {This girl was one stellar bridesmaid.} ✮ ✮ ✮ ✮ ✮

For myself, I ordered one of the silk clutches from CutieGirlie's shop and had the lining done in a whimsical print. I have since added a "K" monogram pin, a gift from my friend Mimi who owns bloom. {Click here to see some of the modeling I've done for bloom.}
